First Snow Fall

We had our first snow fall in the evening on October 30. Natasha woke up and said YAY wintertime, and immediately demanded to go outside and play. We managed to get some breakfast into her first but then we were straight outside.

Pumpkin Carving

There was a pumpkin carving competition at my (Ryan's) work. My team carved a transformer. Unfortunately we didn't win but we did make it in the top 6. Pretty good for 1 hour and having no plan.

The Beach!

As all the Albertans are enjoying their freezing weather, we've been at the beach! This particular day was a little cold (maybe around 20), so she was wearing rubber boots in the water. She LOVES the water, and wanted to just walk right in!
This was her first visit to the beach (when she understood what it was), and loved it all. Gran (or Grandma Jill, depending on Natasha's mood) came too!

She's 2!

Natasha had a wonderful birthday. She loved all her presents, cards, and cake (which was a cookie crumb pudding made to look like mud with gummy bugs in it. Each kid got their own.)

Visiting the Sheep and Lambs

Natasha really liked following the lambs and sheep along, and loved that this one didn't run away! Good sheep Tiny!

An Awesome House

While in Alberta, we stayed overnight at Mike and Melynda's every night. They've just bought a new house, which is gorgeous! Natasha had a lot of fun with everyone, and really liked playing with Ally and Zoe.

Orin and Fabi (And now Eric!)

A visit out West would not be complete without seeing Orin and Fabi, and now Eric! Natasha warmed right up to Fabi, but by the end of the evening, Orin and Natasha were buds, and Orin enjoyed smiling in her unique style.
