Vancouver

Near the end of June, we took a trip out to Vancouver for my cousin Paul's wedding, to Sarah, who we love. We spent five days out there, visiting, drinking coffee, and eating sushi. Natasha was an angel on the way there and back, and had no trouble understanding why we love Vancouver so much. She went to the park, the aquarium, granville island, the wedding, visiting with Abby and Guillaume which included Korean BBQ (which she couldn't get enough of), the beach, and a dessert place (which she also couldn't get enough of!)

Bye Bye Hair

As a fundraiser for breast cancer, Ryan shaved his head at work. It looked pretty strange, him with no hair, but Natasha and I got used to it pretty quickly. He almost kept the mohawk, but ended up not. Curly mohawk. (Hehe).

First 1st Birthday

Natasha really loved her birthday party. We had Chrissy, Jeff and Coen, Jamie, Lindsay and Will, Kat and Dan, and Jenn and Chloe in attendance. We discovered that Natasha LOVES salsa (she got into it and kept eating it for a while), and when it came time for cake (I made peanut butter cupcakes), she went nuts, and stole one off the tray before we started to sing. Then, after we let her have that one, she found the tray later on and stole another one. She rounded off the day with a hamburger and watermelon, and lots of playing with her buds. She was so tired she conked right out after it was all done. We also lucked out on weather, sunny and warm all day! And, Coen got good use out of the tunnel (which Natasha will play in now!)

Guitar Lessons

Natasha loves to listen to Ryan play the guitar, and she likes to play too!

Spring!

Natasha loves spending time outside, though I found out today she does not like feeling the grass with her bare feet (although she does like to eat it.)
(I think she looks like Alexandra when she does the pouty lips!)

Easter

We went to uncle Gary and aunt Wendy's house for Easter. Natasha spent most of her time with her Gran, and Jasper, G&W's dog. She also loved the taste of her shoes.

Standing Up

Natasha has figure out the fine art of standing, and now and again shuffling over to something that catches her eye. Here is a video of her standing.
